Your Business Rewards administrator can view and redeem the Business Rewards Miles earned by your organisation online at any time. The following conditions apply to Business Rewards award flights earned with Business Rewards Miles:
Award flights can be booked for anyone in your organisation, not just those who are enrolled in Business Rewards.
Award flights must be booked online through the Business Rewards booking engine. No one way flights are available.
Changes and cancellation of award flights, must be made by telephone through your local Emirates reservation centre, subject to the conditions applicable to Business Rewards award flights. Service charges will apply.
Seats available for award flights are limited and subject to availability.
Surcharges and taxes on award flights are not covered by Business Rewards Miles, and must be paid at the time of booking by approved payment methods.
Business Rewards Miles cannot be combined with or added to an individuals personal Skywards Miles and rewards.
No Business Rewards or Skywards Miles will be earned on Business Rewards awards flights.
